Hello, my name is Gill. I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with training in other modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. I have experience in helping clients manage a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger and much more.
My journey with mental health began when I too experienced the symtoms of anxiety and depression. Over time I learned techniques on how to better manage my symptoms and understand more about myself as a person. From there I found my passion and began my learning journey so I can help others in their journey with mental health.
I have found a real joy in working with others through difficult and overwhelming times and helping people find their happiness in life again.
