Counselling Sessions
I work with an integrative approach, designing sessions around each individual's needs drawing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Each session lasts 50 minutes and will provide the client with the knowledge, skills and techniques to tackle everday anxieties and live a full and happy life.
